Cancellation & Rescheduling

To ensure that I can provide the best possible service to all clients, I have a straightforward policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling. This allows me to respect your time, as well as the time of other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
I understand that unexpected situations can happen at the last minute. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as you can.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session without charge. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows, a full session fee will be charged. However, I am always willing to do my best to accommodate a reschedule and will handle refunds for late cancellations on a case-by-case basis, at my discretion.
