It is appreciated that situations arise out of our control at short notice so you can always text me should this happen and I will do my best to accommodate a reschedule, however, refunds for late cancellations will always be at my discretion. Generally, and for the benefit of others to access my services, 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for a refund.
